Thinkio currently offers five services:

• Business Analysis (Validate Your Business) — a Business Feasibility Report for ₹199 per report.
• Discover a Business — a Business Discovery Report for ₹199 per report.
• Build a Coaching Business — a Coaching Business Blueprint for ₹299 per report.
• Funding Ready — a Funding Readiness Report for ₹299 per report.
• Weekly Technical Market Analysis — free for every registered Thinkio user. See section 4a and the Market Research Disclaimer.

Each report is an AI-assisted business research draft — structured briefs, scoring, cost estimates, regulatory checklists and go-to-market plans — based on the information you supply. Output is a starting point for your own diligence, not a professional opinion.

Reports mix information Thinkio has verified from external sources, the inputs you provide, general market observations, and model estimates and assumptions generated by AI. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic or out of date, and may not reflect the latest laws, prices or market conditions in your location. You must independently verify any fact that matters before making a material business, financial or legal decision.

Nothing on Thinkio is legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending or regulatory advice, and using Thinkio does not create any advisory, fiduciary or professional relationship. We do not guarantee any outcome, including business success, customer demand, revenue, profitability, funding, or approval of any kind. Costs, timelines, licence requirements and benchmarks are directional estimates that change over time and by location, and may be incomplete or wrong. You must independently verify every material fact with a qualified professional and the relevant government authority before spending money or making commitments.

You must provide a valid email address and mobile number, keep your credentials secure, and use one account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, create duplicate identities, or attempt to bypass usage limits.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to create an account or make a payment on Thinkio. By registering or paying, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or delete any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person below that age.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and processed by Razorpay. Thinkio never stores your card details. A one-off report purchase unlocks a single report for the price shown at checkout. Access is granted once payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.

Thinkio offers two subscription plans:

• Thinkio Unlimited — 30 Days — ₹1,499 per monthly billing cycle (30 days).
• Thinkio Unlimited — 1 Year — ₹11,999 per annual billing cycle (365 days).

Both plans cover eligible reports from Business Analysis, Discover a Business, Build a Coaching Business and Funding Ready during the billing period you have paid for, subject to our Fair Use Policy. Weekly Technical Market Analysis is free for every registered user regardless of subscription and is not a paid Unlimited benefit.

This is prepaid access: one payment, a fixed access period, and no automatic renewal. Your access ends automatically on the end date and you are not charged again unless you choose to renew.

In practice this means: each time you pay for Thinkio Unlimited (monthly or annual), you buy one full billing period only. Your card or payment method is not saved or auto-debited, and no future charge is made without your active, separate purchase. When the period you paid for ends, your account automatically reverts to pay-per-report pricing — you keep your account and past reports, but you no longer get unlimited-eligible report generation until you buy another Unlimited period. We may introduce optional automatic renewal in future; if we do, we will disclose it clearly before you enable it and this section will be updated.

Because Unlimited does not auto-renew, there is nothing to "cancel" to stop future billing — no further charge occurs unless you initiate a new purchase. If you no longer want to use the remainder of a period you already paid for, contact support@thinkio.in; refunds for unused time are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a payment fails or is not confirmed by Razorpay, no Unlimited period is granted and you are not charged.

Weekly Technical Market Analysis is currently provided free of charge to registered Thinkio users. There is no trial, subscription, recurring billing or automatic renewal for this service, and no refund arises because nothing is charged. We may modify, suspend, discontinue or change its features and availability at any time.

These reports are educational and informational research only. They are not personalized investment, financial, trading, securities or portfolio advice, and no return or outcome is guaranteed. Reports are licensed for your personal educational and research use only — you may not resell, redistribute, republish, rebrand or publicly upload them. See the Market Research Disclaimer.

Discover a Business suggests business directions based on the skills, interests, budget, time, location and goals you provide. Suggestions are AI-generated starting points, not a guarantee that any suggested business will succeed, suit you, or be legally or financially viable in your area. You are responsible for validating any direction you pursue.

The Coaching Business Blueprint helps you plan a coaching business based on information you provide about your background and goals. Thinkio does not certify, license, accredit or vouch for anyone as qualified to provide any regulated professional service, and generating a report does not make you qualified, certified or authorised to practise anything.

Regulated fields warning: calling an offering "coaching" does not exempt it from professional regulation. If your planned coaching business touches medicine, healthcare, mental health, psychology, nutrition, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, therapy or rehabilitation, you are responsible for determining and complying with the licensing, certification and regulatory requirements that apply in your jurisdiction before offering services, regardless of anything in your Thinkio report.

Five-perspective framework: where a report analyses your business idea from five perspectives, this is a business and program-design framework only. It is not a claim that Thinkio, or you, are competent, qualified or certified across all five areas, and it is not a substitute for professional qualification in any of them.

Partner recommendations: where a report names potential partners, vendors, platforms or collaborators, this is informational only. Thinkio does not guarantee any partner's qualifications, availability, suitability, willingness to work with you, licensing status, quality of service or commercial terms. You must independently vet and negotiate with any partner before engaging them.

Country-specific content (including entry requirements, regulatory notes and market data) reflects information available at the time of research and may include a Last Verified date, Source and Confidence indicator on each report where shown. Laws, duties, licensing regimes and market conditions change without notice. Professional verification with a locally qualified adviser is required before you make any material regulatory, legal, tax or investment decision based on this content.

Funding Ready helps you prepare documentation and positioning for fundraising. Thinkio does not guarantee that you will obtain any funding, loan, investment, credit, subsidy, government scheme eligibility, incubator admission or investor interest. Outcomes depend entirely on third parties over whom Thinkio has no control. Entitlements already granted to eligible Funding Ready users under prior offers remain honoured.

Unlimited subscriptions are for reasonable individual use and are subject to our Fair Use Policy, which explains what is and is not permitted and how we handle suspected abuse.

Do not use Thinkio to plan or facilitate anything unlawful, to generate content that infringes third-party rights, or to resell reports as your own certified advisory product. Automated scraping of the service is not permitted.

You own the inputs you submit and the report generated for you. We retain all rights in the Thinkio platform, prompts, templates and methodology.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for business losses, lost profits or decisions taken on the basis of a report.

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify affected users without undue delay, consistent with applicable law, describing what happened, the data involved, and steps you can take to protect yourself.

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
