Thinkio Fair Use Policy

Unlimited is designed for reasonable individual use by one person for their own genuine business discovery, business planning, coaching-business planning, funding preparation and related research — across Business Analysis, Discover a Business, Build a Coaching Business and Funding Ready, during your active billing period.

• Automated bulk report generation, bots or scripts
• Scraping the service or its outputs
• API-style or programmatic use, unless separately offered by Thinkio
• Reselling access to your account or its reports
• Sharing your account or login credentials with others
• Operating a commercial "report factory" using one account
• Generating reports for a large number of unrelated third parties
• Circumventing rate limits or security controls
• Abusive or excessive resource consumption
• Fraud or any other dishonest use of the service

If usage on an account looks inconsistent with normal individual use, we follow a graduated process:

1. We detect unusual activity through automated monitoring.
2. Where necessary, we may apply a temporary generation cooldown or rate limitation while we assess the activity.
3. We notify the member when usage looks inconsistent with normal individual use, so you have a chance to explain or adjust it.
4. We carry out a manual review of the account and its activity.
5. Where justified under our Terms, we restrict abusive activity — which may include limiting, suspending or ending access to Unlimited-eligible generation.

Thinkio does not terminate a paying member merely for generating several legitimate reports. These safeguards exist to catch clear abuse, not ordinary heavy use by one person planning their own business.

If you are a consultant, agency, incubator, advisor or anyone else who wants to generate reports for many unrelated client businesses, individual Unlimited is not the right plan for that use. A future Thinkio Professional/Partner plan is intended for this use case. Contact support@thinkio.in if you need this today.

Thinkio does not advertise "unlimited" while quietly applying a fixed numeric cap on every account. The safeguards described above exist only to prevent abuse of the kind listed in section 2, not to silently ration normal individual use.

We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of Unlimited after an update means you accept the revised policy.
