Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, mobile number, and the approximate city/region and IP address recorded at sign-in for fraud prevention.

Product data: the ideas, questionnaire answers and follow-up questions you submit, and the reports generated from them.

Payment data: plan, amount, order and payment reference IDs. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store them.

To create your account, generate and store your reports, process payments and grant plan access, send service emails (verification, password reset, payment confirmation), prevent duplicate or abusive accounts, and improve the product.

Your idea text and answers are sent to third-party AI model providers through Lovable AI Gateway to generate a report. Do not paste trade secrets, personal data of others, or anything you cannot share with a processor.

Service providers only: our cloud/database host, AI model providers, Razorpay for payments, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level access rules so each account can read only its own ideas, evaluations, reports and payments. Traffic is served over HTTPS with strict transport security.

We keep account and report data while your account is active. Email support@thinkio.in to request a copy or deletion of your data; payment records are retained where Indian tax law requires it.

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
