Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address, mobile number, and the approximate city/region and IP address recorded at sign-in for fraud prevention.

Business Analysis and idea data: the ideas, questionnaire answers and follow-up questions you submit, and the reports generated from them.

Discover a Business data: your self-reported skills, interests, budget, available time, location and goals, used to generate business direction suggestions.

Coaching business data: your stated background, self-reported qualifications and experience, and any documents you choose to upload in support of a Coaching Business Blueprint.

Business projects and generated reports: the business projects you create in your account and every report generated for them, including Funding Ready outputs and Marketplace or partner research results.

International-market data: the countries or markets you select for international expansion research and the corresponding report content.

Subscription and payment data: which plan you hold (pay-per-report or Thinkio Unlimited monthly/annual), your billing period start and end dates, and payment transaction metadata — amount, order and payment reference IDs, and status. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay; Thinkio does not store your full card details.

Usage data: which features, reports and pages you access, timestamps and basic device/browser information, used to operate, secure and improve the service and to apply our Fair Use Policy.

Do not upload confidential patient, client or health records to Thinkio. Planning a coaching business should not require you to share identifiable health information, medical records or other confidential client files belonging to third parties. If your uploaded documents contain such information, please redact it before uploading. We may remove or reject uploads that appear to contain unnecessary sensitive third-party data.

To create your account, generate and store your reports, process payments and grant plan access, send service emails (verification, password reset, payment confirmation), prevent duplicate or abusive accounts, apply our Fair Use Policy, and improve the product.

Your idea text, questionnaire answers, coaching background and uploaded documents are sent to third-party AI model providers through our AI gateway to generate a report. Do not paste trade secrets, personal data of others, or anything you cannot share with a processor.

Service providers only: our cloud/database host, AI model providers, Razorpay for payments, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level access rules so each account can read only its own ideas, evaluations, reports and payments. Traffic is served over HTTPS with strict transport security.

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, consistent with applicable law. The notice will describe what happened, the data involved, the steps we are taking, and what you can do to protect yourself. Where required, we will also inform the relevant supervisory authority within the same period.

We keep account and report data while your account is active. Email support@thinkio.in to request a copy or deletion of your data; payment records are retained where Indian tax law requires it.

Weekly Technical Market Analysis is free for registered users, so no payment data is collected for it. We record which market research reports your account opens or downloads, purely to operate the service, secure private files and measure usage. Report files are stored privately and served through short-lived links tied to your signed-in account.

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
