Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thinkio sells digital research drafts. Your report is delivered inside your account immediately after payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. There is no physical shipping.

Because the report is generated and delivered instantly, a purchase is non-refundable once the full report has been unlocked. If payment was debited but the report did not unlock, write to us within 7 days with the payment reference and we will either unlock it or refund in full.

You may cancel a monthly plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and it will not renew. We do not pro-rate part months. If no reports were generated in a billing period and you cancel within 7 days of that charge, contact us for a full refund.

Duplicate charges and payments that failed after debit are refunded in full. Razorpay typically returns the amount to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Email support@thinkio.in from your registered email with the order/payment ID and a short description. We respond within 3 working days.
