Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thinkio sells digital research reports. Your report is delivered inside your account immediately after payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. There is no physical shipping. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Thinkio never stores your card details.

Each of the following is a one-time, per-report purchase:

• Business Analysis — ₹199 per report
• Discover a Business — ₹199 per report
• Build a Coaching Business — ₹299 per report
• Funding Ready — ₹299 per report

Because each report is generated and delivered instantly, a purchase is non-refundable once the report has been unlocked. If payment was debited but the report did not unlock, write to us within 7 days with the payment reference and we will either unlock it or refund it in full. Entitlements already granted to eligible Funding Ready users under prior offers remain honoured.

Thinkio Unlimited — 30 Days costs ₹1,499 per monthly billing cycle (30 days), and Thinkio Unlimited — 1 Year costs ₹11,999 per annual billing cycle (365 days). Both cover eligible reports from Business Analysis, Discover a Business, Build a Coaching Business and Funding Ready during the paid period, subject to our Fair Use Policy.

This is prepaid access: one payment, a fixed access period, and no automatic renewal. Your access ends automatically on the end date and you are not charged again unless you choose to renew.

Because each purchase is a one-time payment covering one billing period, there is no recurring charge to cancel and no future billing to stop. When the period you paid for ends, your account reverts to pay-per-report pricing automatically; you are not charged again unless you make another purchase. If you want a refund for time remaining in a period you already paid for, contact us — genuine cases of unused, unaccessed periods (for example, an accidental duplicate purchase) are refunded at our discretion within 7 days of purchase; refunds are not available once you have generated reports using that period's access.

Weekly Technical Market Analysis is currently provided free of charge to registered Thinkio users. There is no trial, subscription, renewal or payment for this service, so no refund can arise.

Duplicate charges and payments that failed after debit but did not unlock a report or an Unlimited period are refunded in full. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider, payment method and customer's bank. Where a report generation attempt fails after payment, we retry the generation or refund it.

Email support@thinkio.in from your registered email with the order/payment ID and a short description. We respond within 3 working days. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right you have under Indian consumer protection law.
